Walk-ins are not available as Every Body is an appointment-only esthetic studio. This way, you can relax in a stress-free beauty appointment with one client at a time and no waiting line.
You can easily book your appointment online. Just choose your preferred service(s), date, and time. You can also book in person at the end of your appointment.
You sure can! Just select the first service, and then add more before checking my availability. That’s it!
My schedule is open for 6 weeks in advance, so you can plan ahead. Please make sure you have read my Booking Policies before arranging your appointment with me. If you need an appointment outside of that window, please contact me directly to inquire.
My Working Hours are:
Monday – Friday 10:00 – 20:00
Saturday 10:00 – 14:00
Sunday closed
Extended booking hours are available, and you can book your appointments outside of my working hours, including Sundays! Please note that those bookings can be made in person only, and a 15% non-refundable extra fee will incur.
Yes, you will be sent a confirmation email at the time of booking and then an email reminder 48 hours before your appointment which should allow you ample time to make arrangements to attend your appointment or alternatively change/cancel it. Despite the confirmation/reminder, it is ultimately your responsibility to remember appointment dates and times to avoid missed appointments.
Please come to your appointment on time, as this will allow time for your consultation and get you set up and comfortable for your service. Sometimes street parking can be limited, so plan ahead.
I understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may cause you to run late, and I always try to accommodate as best I can a late arrival.
If you know you are going to be late, please text me with your estimated time of arrival. Keep in mind, that if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, and in consideration of my other clients, I may need to modify your service or reschedule you for a time that works for everyone.
You can easily reschedule or cancel your appointment by login into your account, or directly through the confirmation or reminder email.
Life can be unpredictable. Plans change and I am happy to accommodate! If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. With this time I can happily find a client to fill this time slot so I won’t be left hanging.
Online rescheduling and cancellation are possible only outside of 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice cannot be done online, and are considered Late Cancellations. Late Cancellations will be accepted only by text at 6977488192 or email at hello@everybodystudio.gr.
- Your 1st Late Cancellation will not be penalized but will be recorded.
- Your 2nd Late Cancellation will result in a 20% deposit to secure your future bookings. This deposit is redeemable against the total cost but is not refundable for less than 24 hours of cancellation.
No exceptions will be made. I will still love you, though!
I take No Shows very seriously, as they significantly affect my business. If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, then a 50% deposit will be needed to secure your future bookings. This deposit is redeemable against the total cost of your appointment but is not refundable for less than 24 hours of cancellation.
