How do I book?
  1. Choose the service(s) you want, and then click next.
  2. Choose the day and time you want to come in for your service.
  3. Fill in your e-mail address. If you are a new customer, I'll just grab a few of your details.
  4. Once done, you will receive a confirmation message in your email.

Every Body's Policies

As I want to ensure all my guests leave feeling happy with their services and guarantee them a comfortable and safe environment, I have the following guidelines set in place:

Open for Everybody
Every Body is the esthetic studio that is explicitly inclusive to all genders, bodies and presentations.

Bookings
Every Body is an appointment-only studio that does not accept walk-in clients. Bookings are only taken online or by re-booking at the end of an appointment.

Appointment Confirmation & Reminders
You will be sent a confirmation email at the time of booking and then an email reminder 48 hours before your appointment which should allow you plenty of time to make arrangements to attend your appointment or alternatively change/cancel it. Despite the reminder(s), it is ultimately your responsibility to remember appointment dates and times to avoid missed appointments.

Arrive On Time
Please come to your appointment on time, as this will allow time to check in, settle, and get you set up and comfortable for your service.

Running Late
I always try to accommodate as best I can a late arrival, but in consideration of my other clients, timings are to be maintained. Arriving past your scheduled start time may result in a shortened treatment, or we may have to reschedule your appointment.

Canceling - Rescheduling
No worries, I get it - life can be unpredictable. Plans change and I am happy to accommodate! If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice. With this time I can happily find a client to fill this time slot so I won't be left hanging. Please note that Online Rescheduling and Cancellation are possible only outside of 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice cannot be done online, and are considered Late Cancellations. Late Cancellations will be accepted only by text (6977488192) or email (hello@everybodystudio.gr).

  • Your 1st Late Cancellation will not be penalized but will be recorded.
  • Your 2nd Late Cancellation will result in a 20% deposit to secure your future bookings. This deposit is redeemable against the total cost but is not refundable for less than 24 hours of cancellation.

No exceptions will be made. I will still love you, though!

No Shows
I take No Shows very seriously, as they significantly affect my business. If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, then a 50% deposit will be needed to secure your future bookings. This deposit is redeemable against the total cost but is not refundable for less than 24 hours of cancellation.

Age Requirements
There is no age requirement for my treatments, and I'm happy to provide my services to teens, but I will need written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Children/Animal Companions/Friends
While I understand the challenge of finding child care, I adhere to Occupational Health and Safety procedures. As there are numerous potential safety hazards from heated equipment, sharp tools, professional strength products and devices carrying electrical current that I use in the course of providing services, I consider the risk to be too high for children and companion animals not under close and direct supervision. For this reason, I must ask that children and pets, with the exception of guide dogs, not accompany you to your appointment.

For both privacy and safety reasons, your appointment is for you and you alone. Your friends are not permitted in the treatment room. But, of course, they are welcomed to wait for you in the lobby or take a walk on the beach.

The only exceptions are:

  • a parent/legal guardian who may be in the treatment room with their underage child.
  • a caregiver for  a person with a disability who needs assistance in the treatment room.

Covid-19/Face Masks
As of April 1st, following updated governance mandates, masks are optional for my customers. I encourage everyone to personally do what brings them peace of mind.

Health
If you aren’t feeling well, or if you are positive for Covid-19 or possible exposure, please reschedule your appointment for a later date.

Payment
I accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash. If necessary bank transfer can be arranged too.

Contact
To give my clients my full attention, during treatments I do not answer the studio phone. If you want to get in touch with me for any inquiries, or if you need a callback, the best option is to text me on Viber/WhatsApp or send me an email. I’ll get back to you ASAP during business hours.

Accessibility
The studio is on raised ground level and has six stairs to access the building, so unfortunately, is not wheelchair accessible at this time.

Sensory
Scents: The studio is not a scent-free environment, as essential oils might be present.

Lights: Lighting is, by necessity, quite bright in most of my services, so that treatments can be performed with optimal results.

Silent Appointment: For those with sensory needs, music may be turned off at request. The same goes for chit-chat. The only conversation will be greeting, consultation, and goodbyes.

Decency
As a professional esthetician, I am committed to producing a safe and inclusive space for anyone who steps through my door. By visiting my studio, you agree that any instances of discrimination, racism, misogyny, sexual harassment, or aggressive behavior of any sort will not be tolerated. Any behavior of this nature will result in the treatment being stopped immediately, with the full cost of the invoice to be paid, and the client will not be allowed to make any future appointments with me.
