Commonly Asked Questions About The Studio

Are Every Body’s treatments for all genders?

They sure are. All genders and all bodies are welcomed and encouraged to come to Every Body, as it is an inclusive, safe, and welcoming place for everyone. I am proud for holding a gender-neutral service menu.

What services do you offer?

I offer a wide range of aesthetic services, from Laser Hair Removal and Waxing, to Facials and Body Treatments, to Massages, and Electrolysis.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Definitely. I respect and love animals myself (ask me about it) therefore I am against testing on animals. Every cosmeceuticals brand I stock is Organic, Vegan & Cruelty-Free.

Are you a licensed esthetician? And how much experience do you have?

Yes, I am a licensed Esthetician and I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Aesthetics & Cosmetology from the Technological Educational Institute of Athens (aka the University of West Attica), and I have more than 20 years in the business. I’ve worked with many different types of products, modalities, and skin types and have really ground my craft.

How are you different from other beauty studios or spas?

Every Body is a space where everyone is welcomed, regardless of age, gender, shape, background, or color. It is a safer place and a beauty studio with a fresh approach to personal care. As I celebrate all genders, bodies, and presentations my service menu is gender-neutral.

I offer a unique approach to skincare. Everyone’s skin is different, so all my services are customized in real-time to meet your lifestyle and your skin’s exact requirements. I take pride in providing green, natural, cruelty-free, and vegan-friendly treatments and helping people achieve beautiful, healthy balanced skin with no out-of-the-box treatments.

Walking through my door, you’ll experience a friendly environment that is both cheerful and inviting, where you can listen to upbeat soundtracks. Expect to relax in a stress-free beauty appointment, with one client at a time and no waiting line.

What is your policy regarding decency?

As a trained professional esthetician, I am committed to producing a safer and more inclusive space for anyone who steps through my door. Instances of discrimination, racism, misogyny, or aggression are not tolerated and result in the treatment being stopped immediately with the full cost of the invoice to be paid. The purpose of this is not to penalize, but to create the healthy boundaries I need to protect decency, and to be decisive with egregious behavior.

What is Every Body’s accessibility?

Wheel-chair:  The studio is on raised ground level and has six stairs to access the building, so unfortunately, is not wheelchair accessible at this time.

Scents: The studio is not a scent-free environment, as essential oils might be present.

Lights: Lighting is, by necessity, quite bright in most of my services, so that treatments can be performed with optimal results.

Silent Appointment: For those with sensory needs, music may be turned off at request. The same goes for chit-chat. The only conversation will be greeting, consultation, and goodbyes.

What are Every Body’s working hours?

My Working Hours are:
Monday – Friday 110:00 – 20:00
Saturday 10:00 – 14:00
Sunday closed

Extended booking hours are available, and you can book your appointments outside of my working hours, including Sundays! Please note that those bookings can be made in person only, and a 15% non-refundable extra fee will incur.

Do you offer parking?

I do not offer parking, and sometimes street parking can be limited, so please plan ahead to arrive on time.

How old do I have to be to receive an Every Body service?

There is no age limit or age requirement for my treatments, and I’m happy to provide my services to teens, but I will need signed consent from a parent or legal guardian. Also please note that intimate waxing will not be performed on anyone under the age of 15 – even with parental consent. Of course, some bikini waxing (aka Tidy Bikini), to make sure that no hair is poking out from the elastic of a swimsuit, is more than ok.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash.

Can I bring my pet, child, or friend with me?

While I understand the challenge of finding child care, I adhere to Occupational Health and Safety procedures. I consider the risk from electrical equipment, waxing, steam, etc in the treatment room to be too high for children not under close and direct supervision by a parent or a guardian. The same is true for animal companions. For this reason, I must ask that children and pets, with the exception of guide dogs, not accompany you to your appointment.

For both privacy and safety reasons, your appointment is for you and you alone. Friends and significant others are not permitted in the studio.

The only exceptions are:

  • for a parent/legal guardian that can be in the treatment room with their child if that is a decision made together with the child for its optimum comfort.
  • for a person with a disability that needs assistance in the treatment room.
Do you offer any packages, discounts, or promotions?

I do periodically offer promotions on certain treatments. Please see Every Body’s Specials page or follow me on Instagram to see the current promos.

I am calling the Studio phone but no one answers. How can I get in contact with you?

To give my clients my full attention, during treatments, I do not answer the studio phone.
