This peel is suitable for all skin types and tones, especially darker Fitzpatrick types (IV, V and VI), as well as very dry or sensitive skin. It is beneficial for acne, Rosacea Type II, sun damage, hyperpigmentation and dull, lacklustre skin. It is also an excellent option for those with a low tolerance to Glycolic Acid or for anyone who experiences hyperpigmentation caused by friction or irritation and wants a gentle, gradual resurfacing treatment that can be performed more frequently.

The treatment begins with a detailed skin analysis and a double cleanse to properly prepare the skin. A specialised pre-peel solution is then applied to ensure even penetration of the mandelic acid, and a protective balm is placed around the eyes, lips and sides of the nose for maximum safety.

The Mandelic Acid is applied next, with the strength and duration tailored to your skin’s needs and tolerance. You may feel a mild warmth or tingling that lasts only a few minutes, followed by the neutralisation step.

An advanced treatment serum is then applied and infused using ultrasonic technology to enhance absorption and maximise results. A customised treatment mask follows to hydrate, soothe and nourish the skin.

The treatment concludes with eye care, moisturiser, SPF (for morning appointments) and lip balm.

In the week prior to your treatment, increase your water intake and stop using exfoliating products such as AHAs, BHAs, Retinol and self-tanners. Avoid facial waxing, electrolysis or any depilatory method on the face.

For 48 hours before your peel, avoid sun exposure, saunas and high-intensity workouts to prevent overheating and sensitivity.

For the first 24–48 hours, avoid heavy makeup and, if necessary, choose only mineral-based makeup. Refrain from any activity that induces heavy sweating, such as intense exercise, steam rooms or saunas, and avoid exfoliating products like AHA, BHA or Retinol. Keep heat away from the face, including hairdryers, and avoid alcohol.

For the ten days following your peel, minimise sun exposure and apply daily hydration and SPF. Do not wax or perform any hair removal in the treated area.

Avoid touching your face, picking at peeling skin or using self-tanning products.

You don’t need to remember everything - you will receive a detailed email with aftercare instructions, tips and anything else you need for the following days.

Downtime is typically minimal. You may experience slight dryness or light flaking over the next 2–4 days. The skin remains comfortable without significant redness and gradually becomes smoother, brighter and more refined.

Most clients benefit from a series of 4 to 6 Mandelic Acid Peels spaced two weeks apart, depending on age, skin condition, lifestyle and desired results. Afterwards, lighter maintenance peels can be performed monthly, while deeper peels can be repeated every six to nine months.
