Anti-Cellulite Massage
Anti-Cellulite Massage is a very-vigorous-manual massage treatment that combines many different massaging techniques, such as lymphatic drainage, deep tissue, and sculpting massage, working on all the tissues involved in the formation of cellulite. It eliminates cellulite in the affected areas while sculpting and toning the body, giving it a better and healthier shape.
It improves blood and lymphatic micro-circulation, helping redistribute the extracellular fluid, detoxifying the body, and leading to neovascularization. At the same time, it targets the subcutaneous adipocytes (fatty tissue), inducing their apoptosis (lipolysis), and reshapes the body, giving reductions in circumferences in the treated areas. Last but not least, Anti-Cellulite Massage promotes collagen density and improves skin elasticity, which leads to overall skin tightening.

Treatment Overview
Ideal For
Anti-Cellulite Massage is an excellent treatment for those who want to eliminate cellulite, reduce the volume of fat deposits locally, reshape their body, and improve the elasticity and firmness of their skin.
Whatever your concerns and problem areas might be Anti-Cellulite Massage is fully customizable and adaptable to your individual needs.
Before Treatment
Specific preparation is not required, but avoid drinking alcohol and eating a heavy meal the hours before your massage.
After Treatment
I recommend you keep yourself hydrated for the next 24 hours after your massage. This way, you will encourage and enhance the removal process of fat cell wastes and toxins. Add an extra glass or two above the amount of water that you would normally drink. Also, avoid drinking caffeine and alcohol after your massage, as both are diuretics and can dehydrate you.
After your massage, eat nutritious foods, and don’t stuff yourself. Your body needs help recovering, so nutrient-rich eating foods can help catalyze the recovery of your muscles.
Don't hit the gym on the same day as your massage. Anti-Cellulite Massage works on your muscles much like exercise and causes some soreness. So, give yourself time after the massage to allow your muscles to repair and recover.
Downtime
None. During the initial sessions of Anti-Cellulite Massage, it is common to experience some discomfort, as the areas with cellulite tend to be sore and painful.
Recommended Sessions
Anti-Cellulite Massage works with a course, as results are cumulative. I usually recommend a series of 8 to 16 bi-weekly sessions. Results vary according to the number of sessions received, body type, grade of cellulite, lifestyle, and personal preferences (pressure). The results last 6 - 8 months for most people and can be prolonged if you follow a healthy lifestyle. A follow-up session once or twice a month after the initial treatment help to maintain the toned skin.
