Purchase and usage of the Body Passes constitute acceptance of the following terms: 1. Body Pass(es) must be paid for in full at the time of the first appointment. 2. Body Pass(es) are valid for one year (365 days) from the date of purchase. 3. Body Pass(es) appointments fall under the same booking policy as any other appointment. 4. Body Pass(es) cannot be transferred from one client to another. 5. Sometimes, things happen. Should you find the need to cancel your Body Pass(es), I’ll gladly refund you the unused services, less the free one(s). There is no fee for canceling a Body Pass, but it must not be expired. 6. Body Pass(es) cannot be combined with another offer or discount (unless noted otherwise). 7. Every Body Esthetic Studio reserves the right to change, restrict or cancel the Body Pass Program at any time with effect for the future. In such cases, already purchased Body Pass(es) won't be affected.
