Body Passes

Purchase and usage of the Body Passes constitute acceptance of the following terms:
1. Body Pass(es) must be paid for in full at the time of the first appointment.
2. Body Pass(es) are valid for one year (365 days) from the date of purchase.
3. Body Pass(es) appointments fall under the same booking policy as any other appointment.
4. Body Pass(es) cannot be transferred from one client to another.
5. Sometimes, things happen. Should you find the need to cancel your Body Pass(es), I’ll gladly refund the remaining balance for unused services. The refundable amount is calculated after deducting the value of treatments already used at their original price. There is no additional cancellation fee, as long as the Body Pass has not expired.
6. Body Pass(es) cannot be combined with another offer or discount (unless noted otherwise).
7. Every Body Esthetic Studio reserves the right to change, restrict or cancel the Body Pass Program at any time with effect for the future. In such cases, already purchased Body Pass(es) won't be affected.
