Privacy Policy
This privacy policy explains how I use any personal information I collect about you at Every Body Esthetic Studio (aka Every Body, aka Every Body Studio) and its website everybodystudio.gr.
Data Processors
Data processors are third parties who provide some elements of our business services for me. Where I use a third party, there are strict agreements in place governing the processing of your personal data, on which no action can be taken without instruction from me (meaning that they can access your personal information only in cases that customer support or troubleshooting is required by Every Body). The third parties whom I work with are all GDPR compliant and will never share or disclose your personal information and will hold it securely at all times. My working partners are Ovatu, Sum Up, Stripe, and Mailchimp.
Personal information
By booking an appointment with Every Body online, some of your personal data will be collected, to register you as a client and for me to send you confirmation and reminders for your appointments. I also use these details to send you documents related to your chosen treatments (i.e. consultation forms, aftercare advice).
Children’s Privacy
While my services are available for underage people, I never collect their personal data without their parental or guardian consent. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided me with Personal Data, please contact me. If I become aware that I have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 15 without verification of parental consent, I take steps to remove that information from my servers.
Health & safety records
When having a treatment in the studio, to ensure a safe service and provide industry-standard advice, additional data will be collected about your health. This is to ensure you are treated safely and to check for contraindications (potentially highlight areas where products and services may cause issues to you because of a health condition or medication). As with any other information, it is strictly confidential and will not be shared.
Consequences of not providing your personal information
You don't have to share your medical data with me, but if you choose not to, then I am sorry, but for your safety, I cannot offer you any treatment at Every Body.
Services Records
I hold personal data that is required by law or to respond to legal processes. For each treatment booked and carried out by me, I record the date and time of the appointment, services carried out and price paid as required by tax law. Additionally, I record your results, products purchased, and any advice given relating to your treatment, so that I may provide you with an efficient service.
Where your personal data is stored
Be assured that I do not keep any paper copies of your notes or contact details. I use Ovatu as a client system, and your details are encrypted and stored on their secure servers. The platform is password protected, which ensures only me (the therapist providing your treatment) and you (the client) have access to your digital file. No data is shared with any third party. For how long is your data stored
To comply with the Greek tax laws the above information is stored for a minimum of 5 years after the date of your treatment. Where I have your consent for marketing purposes, I will retain the minimum required data until you notify me that you no longer wish to receive such information. The criteria for which I would continue to process your personal information include (1) Where there is a legal basis, obligation, or legitimate interest to continue processing your personal information. (2) Where the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
Payment information
When paying for your treatment in the studio by credit or debit card, this is processed by Sum Up. Learn more about Sum Up and its privacy policy here. When paying for your treatment online, this is processed by Stripe. Learn more about Stripe and its privacy policy here.
Newsletter Information
Every Body uses Mailchimp as its marketing platform. By subscribing to the Newsletter, you acknowledge that your information will be transferred to Mailchimp for processing. Learn more about Mailchimp's privacy practices here. If at any time you wish to stop receiving emails from Every Body, you can unsubscribe in just one click. In every email that I send to you, there is an "Unsubscribe” link at the bottom. Simply click that button and you will not receive emails from Every Body anymore!
Your Account
Every Body gives you access to information about your account and bookings through Ovatu software, for the limited purpose of booking your appointments and viewing and updating your bookings and information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password. You must notify me immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Transfers of personal information
When your personal data is processed through Data processor software, all of it is held within the EU and United States. During this process, your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. The storage and transmission of this data is covered by the EU-U.S. privacy shield framework.
Accessing, deleting, and requesting amendments to your personal information
You can review, update, and amend your personal information held by me at any time by contacting me using the details at the bottom of this policy. You can also request a copy of the information I hold on you at any time.
Disclosure of your information
I do not share your personal information with any third party without your prior consent, other than those already disclosed in this Privacy Notice or as part of our legal obligations under the relevant data protection laws.

Terms of Services
Treatment Policy
I am a trained professional therapist and I provide professional services only. With this in mind, any suggestive remarks or requests that are not suitable will result in the treatment being stopped immediately with the full cost of the invoice to be paid. The same is true for any instances of discrimination, racism, misogyny, sexual harassment, or aggressive behavior. If I am ever made to feel unsafe in my work environment, I will not hesitate to contact law enforcement.
Open for Everybody
Every Body is the esthetic studio that is explicitly inclusive to all genders, bodies, and presentations.
My Right to Refuse a Service
If at any time and for any medical-related reason, I believe that a treatment is not safe for you, I have the right to refuse to service you.
Bookings
Every Body is an appointment-only studio that does not accept walk-in clients. Bookings are only taken online or by re-booking at the end of an appointment.
Appointment Confirmation & Reminders
You will be sent a confirmation email at the time of booking and then an email reminder 48 hours before your appointment which should allow you plenty of time to make arrangements to attend your appointment or alternatively change/cancel it. Despite the reminder(s), it is ultimately your responsibility to remember appointment dates and times to avoid missed appointments.
Arrive On Time
Please come to your appointment on time, as this will allow time to check in, settle, and get you set up and comfortable for your service.
Running Late
I always try to accommodate as best I can a late arrival, but in consideration of my other clients, timings are to be maintained. Arriving past your scheduled start time may result in a shortened treatment, or we may have to reschedule your appointment.
Canceling - Rescheduling
No worries, I get it - life can be unpredictable. Plans change and I am happy to accommodate! If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice. With this time I can happily find a client to fill this time slot so I won't be left hanging. Please note that Online Rescheduling and Cancellation are possible only outside of 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice cannot be done online, and are considered Late Cancellations. Late Cancellations will be accepted only by text (6977488192) or email (hello@everybodystudio.gr).
Your 1st Late Cancellation will not be penalized but will be recorded.
Your 2nd Late Cancellation will result in a 20% deposit to secure your future bookings. This deposit is redeemable against the total cost but is not refundable for less than 24 hours of cancellation.
No exceptions will be made. I will still love you, though!
No Shows
I take No Shows very seriously, as they significantly affect my business. If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, then a 50% deposit will be needed to secure your future bookings. This deposit is redeemable against the total cost but is not refundable for less than 24 hours of cancellation.
Age Requirements
There is no age requirement for my treatments, and I'm happy to provide my services to teens, but I will need written consent from a parent or legal guardian. Also please note that intimate waxing will not be performed on anyone under the age of 15 - even with parental consent. Of course, some bikini line waxing, to make sure that no hair is poking out from the elastic of a swimsuit, is more than ok.
Children/Animal Companions/Friends
While I understand the challenge of finding child care, I adhere to Occupational Health and Safety procedures. As there are numerous potential safety hazards from heated equipment, sharp tools, professional strength products, and devices carrying an electrical current that I use in the course of providing services, I consider the risk to be too high for children and companion animals not under close and direct supervision. For this reason, I must ask that children and pets, with the exception of guide dogs, not accompany you to your appointment.
For both privacy and safety reasons, your appointment is for you and you alone. Your friends are not permitted in the treatment room. They can wait for you in the lobby or take a walk on the beach.
The only exceptions are:
a parent/legal guardian who may be in the treatment room with their underage child.
a caregiver for a person with a disability who needs assistance in the treatment room.
Covid-19/Face Masks
As of April 1st, following updated governance mandates, masks are optional for my customers. I encourage everyone to personally do what brings them peace of mind.
Health
If you aren’t feeling well, or if you are positive for Covid-19 or possible exposure, please reschedule your appointment for a later date.
Extended Booking Hours
I offer extended booking hours, so you can book your appointments outside of my working hours, including Sundays! Those bookings can be made in person only, and a 15% extra fee will incur, and full payment will be required. In case of cancellation or no-show the total price of the service(s) booked, including the 15% extra fee is not refundable.
Payment
Payment for all my services is due at the time of your appointment. I accept cash, credit and debit cards, paypal, and google pay. I do not accept personal checks.
Refunds
I do not offer refunds for services that have already been provided. If the rare case you are not satisfied with your service, please contact me within 24 hours of your appointment, and I will do my best to address any issues.
Waxing Rookie Terms & Conditions
The Waxing Rookie can be used only for waxing services and is valid for first-time clients who haven’t visited Every Body Esthetic Studio before. Cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts, or used for purchasing Bundles, Extras, or Passes. No cash value.
Laser Passes Terms & Conditions
Purchase and usage of the Laser Pass constitutes acceptance of the following terms:
1. Each Laser Pass must be paid for in full at the time of the first appointment.
2. Each Laser Pass is valid for two years (730 days) from the date of purchase.
3. Laser Pass(es) appointments fall under the same booking policy as any other appointment.
4. A Laser Pass cannot be transferred from one client to another.
5. Sometimes, things happen. Should you find the need to cancel your Laser Pass, I’ll gladly refund you the unused services, less the free (8th) service. There is no fee for canceling a Wax Pass, but it must not be expired.
6. A Laser Pass cannot be combined with another offer or discount (unless noted otherwise).
7. Every Body Esthetic Studio reserves the right to change, restrict or cancel the Laser Pass Program at any time with effect for the future. In such cases, already purchased Wax Passes won't be affected.
Wax Passes Terms & Conditions
Purchase and usage of the Wax Pass constitutes acceptance of the following terms:
1. Each Wax Pass must be paid for in full at the time of the first appointment.
2. Each Wax Pass is valid for one year (365 days) from the date of purchase.
3. Wax Pass(es) appointments fall under the same booking policy as any other appointment.
4. A Wax Pass cannot be transferred from one client to another.
5. Sometimes, things happen. Should you find the need to cancel your Wax Pass, I’ll gladly refund you the unused services, less the free (7th) service. There is no fee for canceling a Wax Pass, but it must not be expired.
6. A Wax Pass cannot be combined with another offer or discount (unless noted otherwise).
7. Every Body Esthetic Studio reserves the right to change, restrict or cancel the Wax Pass Program at any time with effect for the future. In such cases, already purchased Wax Passes won't be affected.
Body Passes Terms & Conditions

Refer a Friend Terms & Conditions
The usage of the Refer a Friend Program constitutes acceptance of the following terms:
1. Only existing Every Body Esthetic Studio clients can refer a friend, and friends must be new to Every Body Esthetic Studio and must purchase a service to be eligible.
2. Your reward will be available to you only after your referral has completed their first service.
3. Every Body's Refer a Friend Program cannot be combined with existing offers and discounts, is not redeemable for cash, and is non-transferable.
4. There is no limit on how many times you can refer a friend - you can reap this reward over and over again, but you cannot claim multiple Refer a Friend Vouchers in one appointment i.e. one voucher per appointment only.
5. Each Refer a Friend Voucher expires 1 year from its issue date.
6. Every Body Esthetic Studio reserves the right to change, restrict or cancel the Refer a Friend Program at any time with effect for the future. In such cases, already-issued vouchers won't be affected.
Gift Cards Terms & Conditions
Purchase and usage of the Gift Cards constitutes acceptance of the following terms:
1. Gift Cards may be redeemed toward the purchase of services and products provided by Every Body Esthetic Studio. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or returned for a cash refund (except to the extent required by law).
2. Purchases are deducted from the Gift Card balance. Any unused balance will remain associated with the Gift Card and can be tracked via your account!
3. If a purchase exceeds the Gift Card balance the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method.
4. The balance of the Gift Card expires 1 year from the date of purchase. The expiration date is written on the Gift Card. Upon expiration of the validity period, the Gift Card loses its value and can not be renewed or used to purchase services and products. Any unused balance can not be recovered or returned in any way and the Gift Card holder cannot demand a refund in any case.
5. Appointments made with a Gift Card fall under the same booking policy as any other appointment at Every Body.
6. Gift Cards cannot be resold; used for payment outside of the Studio, or used for unauthorized advertising, sweepstakes, promotional, or commercial purposes. Gift cards obtained illegally are invalid and cannot be used to purchase services and products, nor can the relevant price be refunded.
7. The recipient is responsible for safeguarding the Gift Card from unauthorized use. Every Body Esthetic Studio assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen gift card codes, or if a Gift Card is used without the recipient's permission. When redeeming a Gift Card, Every Body Esthetic Studio is not obliged and will not carry out an identity check.
8. Every Body Esthetic Studio reserves the right to modify the above terms of use at any time and this modification will be published on this page.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby I provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Greek State.
Changes to Terms
You can review the most current version of the Terms at any time on this page. I reserve the right, at my sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to my website. It is your responsibility to check my website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to my website following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
