Every Body is an Inclusive Esthetic Studio

Making Every Body Feel Comfortable & Safe!

Hello folks!

I’m Marina, the owner and operator of Every Body, an esthetic studio where everybody can fit in.

I have a long-standing passion for the beauty industry. To me, it is such a rewarding experience knowing that I’m making a difference in someone’s life.

However, after more than 20 years in this business, I know that this is not everyone’s reality. For many people going to an esthetic studio and asking for a beauty service can be a difficult and uncomfortable experience.

Many people - for so many different reasons - tell me how nervous they typically are at beauty studios. Some are traumatized by touch and/or someone even looking at their body. Some others avoid visiting a studio at all for fear of being judged!

I'm not afraid to admit it: the beauty industry, the industry that I love and work in, sometimes is a horrible place, and discrimination is widespread.

However, this is not the way things must be. Your professional esthetician must be your (beauty) gal and must offer you a safer space that is hate-free and non-judgmental.

All Genders, Bodies & Presentations
Are Celebrated Here!

and that is not just a tagline

All Genders

The truth is that beauty studios are mostly made to appeal to cisgender women. But, people of all gender identities have skin and body issues, or unwanted body hair. Why should anyone not be included?

For example, waxing is often essential for the gender presentation of trans and non-binary people, who may have complicated or dysphoric feelings about body hair.

On the other hand, our society expects men to refrain from services deemed too “feminine” and the industry wrongly responds by launching treatments and cosmetics exclusively for use by men.

Why for someone to receive any services, have to either explain, apologize, out themselves, or be misgendered?

In a service industry where "male" and "female" menus are the norm, it was important to me to offer a menu that is "all-gender".

All services are for all genders. They are all priced the same and booked the same. I’ve completely removed the obstacle that many cis-man, trans, and gender-variant folks would otherwise have to overcome.

This way, when someone is booking a service that provides, for example, full body waxing, it can relieve a lot of anxiety about coming out with their gender identity, explaining their body, or explaining their transition. Those things are private information that should be freely given and not required just to have a service done.

All Bodies

Having a body is hard! So many factors in our society contribute to many of us experiencing hatred of the body we inhabit. We end up spending our lives wishing we had another body entirely, trying to change our own body to fit an ideal of attractiveness, or continuously reaffirming the love of our own body in attempts to become at peace with ourselves.

I am working with people’s bodies. For my services to be comfortable, my guests need to know they are going to be respected and not judged for simply having the body they have.

There are no judgments passed over anyone's body. There's no need to apologize for having a body. Everyone is fully accepted for who they are and all bodies are celebrated.

ALL genders, identities, and body types are welcomed, respected, and encouraged to be their unique self, and create their own-standard.

Because after all,

this is the real beauty!

All Presentations

Inclusion in the beauty industry is important for everyone, including but not limited to those with diverse gender identities.

As I’ve always been passionate about creating an inclusive environment, I am really proud to be a part of a shift in the right direction.

I understand that people just want to be serviced without awkwardness. I'm proud to offer my services to people of all ages, shapes, presentations, and genders, from those getting their first treatment to those who are seasoned. I strive for everyone to be comfortable in my judgment-free studio.

There is a relationship of respect and trust that is made with my clients and a lot of that has to do with the non-judgemental atmosphere I provide by being a non-traditional body-positive and gender-affirming space.

I am confident in my ability to provide my guests with the best services in a friendly and professional environment and passionate about making sure that you leave my studio happy and satisfied!

I hope you feel comfortable and safe in my studio. Thank you so much for your continued loyalty and support!
